Orchard Road and its Christmas Perks!

Have you been to Orchard Road recently?

You should! All shopping malls have gone all out to attract the Christmas shoppers! The decorations are dazzling and guess what? I see vending machines as part of the mad frenzy!

There is the familiar Labseries VENDING MACHINE (I supposed relocated from Tangs) now located at Cineleisure Level 1!

Still selling $10 trial (maybe travel too) packs for their products. Men who are shy to approach service counters on what to use, Labseries has given you a chance to keep the shyness. 🙂

I last saw the vending machine, it was almost empty…!! While stock last?

Just across the street, outside Tang’s Orchard we have something new to see:

SK-II Vending Machine!!

My friend said: “SK-II using vending machine?? Wouldn’t the bottles break??”

After taking a secret shot, we went to find out more from the staff. It was a vending machine vending “Mystery Gift Boxes”. You are entitled a chance with the vending machine after spending more than $500 on SK-II products. Apparently every gift box is different?

Oh wells, if you love SK-II, spend $500 and play with the vending machine! Good Luck!

An innovative retail initiative selling the CURRENT HOTTEST polaroid films using (again, my favourite) vending machine!

To compensate for the use of a cheaper retail channel, the polaroid films are sold at very competitive prices starting from $7.90 only. The best part? It has more than 30 different polaroid designs that makes you very excited while looking through the full glass display.

You should go get yourself something cool from this vending machine 🙂

Possible Improvement: There are no service hotline or even a company name on the vending machine. If there are any technical difficulties faced by customers, there goes our money..

Spotted at JCube: Accessories Vending Machine!

It seems like young entrepreneurs are starting to make use of vending machines!

This vending machine supposedly at JCube Level 4 is introduced to me by a friend <3!

Selling ear-rings and necklaces made from Silver (seem like it?) and hair accessories. But hmmm this machine lack decorations…

A photo catalogue i suppose? A effort-clapping attempt to show case their products but it does not look good on the vending machine.. T.T

Nonetheless, it is a strong attempt from the retailer to try a new distribution method! Using vending machine to sell your accessories, who would have thought of it!
